NATRILAC-98 is 98% sodium lactate in powder form. It is the dried form of an aqueous solution of the sodium salt of lactic acid, obtained through natural fermentation of sugar. It is a bacteriostatic agent - it inhibits the growth of harmful microorganisms in food products.
