AGREMA Poland’s cocoa raw materials range
- Dutch cocoa powders (Dutch Cocoa and Tulip Cocoa): natural and alkalised, with a wide range of colours and sensory profiles (including deep red, bold chocolate-profile variants such as DUTCH 78, DUTCH 4441, and the universal TULIP 400). Low- and high-fat variants (10/12% and higher). Applications: bread, biscuits, creams, coatings, ice cream, desserts, dairy and beverages.
- Cocoa mass (Cocoa Liquor): available in 25 kg blocks, flakes and liquid form. Standard, single-origin, organic and highly roasted versions.
- Cocoa butter: the highest-purity cocoa fat from the centre of excellence in Velten. Available in 25 kg blocks and liquid form.
