Properties
The BACTER-STOP 62PLPDA food bacteriostat is used to make foodstuffs stay fresh for a longer time. It stops the development of micro-organisms, including pathogenic micro-organisms like Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Clostridium botulinum, and Listeria monocytogenes.
The preparation includes only potassium salts and is recommended for products with reduced sodium contents.
Application
It is recommended for meat processing during the manufacture of sausages and smoked meats, fish processing, and microbiological stabilization of sides of pork and poultry.
Dosage
The recommended dose is 0,5% - 1,5% of the finished product.
