BIOCANNO FRESH liquid is a natural flavour produced by fermentation with specifically selected food cultures and natural raw materials. It is declared as natural flavour - no “E” additives and “clean label”.
Application
All kinds of meat and meat products, fish without limit.
Dosage
Recommeded dosage 1.5 - 3.0 %.
Technological properties
- extend shelf life especially in meat processing using meat of weaker microbiological parameters;
- enhance meat flavour in the finished product and allow to eliminate sodium glutamate (clean label);
- effectively enhance the flavor of spices and allow to reduce amount of spices in some kinds of the finished products maintaining previous taste and aromatic properties;
- enhance salty flavour and allow to reduce salt in the finished product;
- improve texture;
