Bacteriostatic BIOCANNO FRESH DRY

Properties

BIOCANNO- DRY is a natural, new generation product in powder produced by fermentation with specifically selected food cultures. This unique product contains fermentation products such as organic acids, peptides, residual sugars and flavors.

BIOCANNO-DRY thanks to its biological character limits the  participation of food additives from the "E" group in the finished food products and may be declared as fermented cane sugar on labels.

Technological properties                              

BIOCANNO- DRY naturally extends the shelf life of food products and also thanks to its biological origin improves the overall flavor profile and gives naturally sour and spicy taste of the finished products. Its natural ingredients enhance the flavor of spices added thus enhancing the taste of the finished products. These features may be particularly useful in the manufacturing of products with reduced sodium content.
